Thank you for inquiring about Crosswinds RV Park and Tiny Home Community. Here is some basic info about our park to help answer some questions and assist you in your search.
The park is a gated community for ADULTS ONLY. We sit on a country-side hill with a stocked pond, over-looking Fort Worth on one side and farmland on the other. If you visit us, you will need a gate code or let in by office personnel. Amenities includes your water, sewer, garbage, lawn maintenance in public areas and 24 hour access to our coin operated laundry facility.
Current rates based on 1-2 tenants per home.
(3rd occupant will be an additional fee)
Daily Rate: $60
Weekly Rate: $250
Monthly Rate: $500 plus electric
